The most famous megaliths of Russia

Megaliths, huge buildings made of massive stone blocks, are found in our country. In Russia, such structures quite a lot, but they are not known as the famous Stonehenge in the UK or Ollantaytambo in Peru. Ancient megalithic structures are found on the territory of Russia, we will look at next.

First where to start our journey is a Mountain Vottovaara is the highest peak of Western-Karelian elevation — 417,3 m above sea level. The mountain area of 6 sq km.

The place is just full of strange artifacts after which begin to think about ancient advanced technology in stone processing, let’s look at the photo.

Mountain Vottovaara.

Scattered blocks of megaliths.

The middle block is cut at an angle of 90 degrees or freak of nature?

Like laser spent 🙂 geologists believe that the fractures and faults that formed as a result of a strong earthquake about 9 thousand years ago. Smooth same plane of the stones is the result of the properties of the local rocks – quartzite, the structure of which sets such a smooth plane at the split.

Is it nature or man-made? Let’s look closer.

More like perfectly cut blocks tightly pozegnanie to each other. It is hard to imagine an ancient ancestor with a copper chisel which is somewhere on the mountain grinds lakierowanie blocks.

Good angle, perfectly flat wall.

Who is the ball lost?)

There is clearly no high technology in stone processing has not done or is it a freak of nature. )

Mount Pidan.

From the first glance looks like an unremarkable pile of stones cracked rock.

But as I get closer it becomes more like a megalithic masonry.

Looking between blocks, where the stones were less susceptible to erosion from wind and rains can be seen as man-made and remained flat faces.

In the place where the junction of the blocks went smooth saw cut and see before us the technology of stacking these blocks.

Stone town in the Perm region.

According to scientists, the Stone Town is the mouth of the river, which flowed into the Perm sea millions of years ago, this explains beautifully and evenly, at right angles, carved stones, neat walls and perpendicular to each other “streams” of “mouth”.

The stone town.

Look how straight the sides of the megaliths, as if felled.

Again the old method to look inside between blocks of masonry, look to the far block in the center, even cut along the entire length of the block.

They say somewhere on the Kola Peninsula is this pool carved into the rock.

In the South of Western Siberia at Gornaya Shoria in mezdurechenskiy the area there is a small geological settlement called Pebbles.

In this village lives a few educated talented geologists. This is Alexander Bespalov, Vyacheslav Pochekin and others. These people all his life doing research on mountain systems of Western Siberia. One day they came across in the mountains the strange megalithic structures, which themselves could not explain. These were walls made of giant stone blocks and strange buildings with vertically placed stone obelisks. On the Internet they got in touch with Georgy Sidorov, was collected by the first expedition.

Mountain Shoria.

Some granite blocks at the bottom were made of red granite, crowned with the grey blocks of granite, and lying above the polygonal masonry of different blocks, red granite and grey.

Granite in some places have melted from exposure to enormous temperatures and drip under the weight of the upper rows. Kungurov about this said that the marks of fusion from thermonuclear explosion 🙂

The wall is composed of polygonal walls out of colorful blocks.

Block sizes are impressive, according to one version, find – a man-made structure older than 100 thousand years.

Photo Georgy Sidorov, in his opinion all this megalithic structure may be the ruins of an ancient power plant or the energy centre, which were transferred the seismic energy in some others.

Again looking inside masonry where the blocks were less prone to erosion, are visible straight face, watching as the two blocks are tightly, it is better visible man-made.

Polygonal masonry.

Mountain Shoria. Huge blocks.

at the Department of Radiophysics at Tomsk state University showed pictures on the screen, talked about the different types of masonry, stone castles, which bonded the giant granite blocks and no scientist not a physicist said that all that is of natural origin. Most of them are surprised, how could the ancient giant to lift stone blocks to a height of over 1000 meters and there set them on a special platform.

Then at the Tomsk branch of the RGS photos studied by scientists, geologists and geographers. And they both came to the conclusion that the artifacts are man-made.

Sklyarov was asked to comment on the findings. And what did he say? All of the artifacts found nothing but cracked under the right angle of the rock. That nothing man-made here. Just nature of the game, not more.

After these words I don’t wonder why LAI does not study Russian megaliths.

Between blocks.

For comparison on the left megalith in Baalbek, right in the megalith of mountain Shoria, it seems the author one 🙂

Mountain Shaman near S. nizhnetambovskoye, Khabarovsk Krai.

Ancient megalithic masonry.

Again between blocks is better seen man-made and straight lines.

A large block of the megalith.

Big block megalith on small stones, make for a better seismic resistance.

Megalithic masonry is reminiscent of the Mountain Shoria.

Kabardino-Balkaria, the cave in the Baksan gorge.

First you need to squeeze into a hole the size of 40 to 120 cm, and then to descend on a rope through a narrow vertical shaft. It is formed by two parallel stone slabs. 9 feet – first “knee”: a hole out to the side and immediately dropped down again. Here you can enjoy absolute silence on the outside does not get any sound. Another 23 meters deep – and a new “knee”. To reach the bottom of the cave, you need to overcome more than 80 meters, and it will take an hour. But, passing the “bottleneck”, you will find yourself in the great room, which the researchers called “jar”. See processed inside wall of tufa and granite, composed of different-sized tightly fitted to each other polished megaliths.

The descent into the cave.

Clearly visible on the faces of the blocks and the joints between them.

Smooth masonry is striking, and the seams that join each other.

Triangular blocks have a little left.

Barely noticeable seams of blocks on the left semilunar wall and on the wall behind her.

how do you like the stitches?

Turn the caves at an angle of 90 degrees. Two large megalithic blocks are on top of each other.

The processing technology of stone hit but even more striking review section chief of the Kabardino-Balkarian prospecting expedition of Faith Davydenko, but she is a realist and believes that nature can do anything and concluded: “Tuff is an accumulation of products of emission of the volcano – ashes, fragments of lava, volcanic glass and to a lesser extent, rock fragments composing the walls of the crater. Material ejection at accumulation was hot and therefore the solidification cracks separate – that is, the entire tuff of the array was divided into blocks. Deepening, discovered near the village Zayukovo, is one of such cracks gravity separation, which is characterized by a flat surface of contact,” but it’s the head of prospecting expedition, she probably knows better.
