Stonehenge

Mysterious ancient constructions of the East and Mesoamerica seems a little fantastic, perhaps because of their exoticism. Skeptics can “grasp” that idea and declare that ancient temples of the Mayans and the Sumerians simply because seem to be something supernatural that belong to alien cultures, but because we (Caucasians in this case) perceive them “his” perspective and can’t objectively assess the level of development of ancient civilizations. Perhaps this is so. But, referring to mental differences cannot explain the mystery no less remarkable buildings in Europe, of Course, is that we have not figured out their purpose and do not understand how our ancestors were able to create a similar, possessing only primitive technologies that does not give us the right to declare them the work of extraterrestrial civilizations. However, there are no other scientifically based theory, this assumption cannot be discounted.

Example of mysterious ancient structures in Europe can serve as Stonehenge.

The name “Gothic” comes from the Greek and Latin languages: “gothos” and “gotthus”. Goths in ancient Rome were called barbaric foreign tribes that invaded the Empire from the North. Later this word in a distorted way was to meet in the literature of the Italian Renaissance.

As the title style for the first time the word “Gothic” was applied by the great painter Raphael, at the time of the report to the Pope on the construction of the Cathedral of St. Peter, and in that moment, he seems did not even know that she had decided on a new name for one of the greatest styles.

The main idea of this direction is to find answers to the questions – “why is there evil?”, “why is the world so cruel?”. It is believed that the Gothic style originated in Paris in 1136-1140.

The Gothic buildings on territorii of Ukraine are striking in their beauty, it’s like a well-maintained site on the well-groomed body, as laser hair removal in the middle of the bristles.

The most common in the study of the architecture of the performance, the artistic value of old buildings should include, in particular, their place in the overall process of formation and evolution of historical styles. The traditional attention of researchers to this aspect of the history of art of construction is caused, first of all, the universality of processes of the style of education that explicitly or implicitly permeates almost all parts of material and spiritual culture – from literature and philosophy to the organization of internal space of buildings.
